Shipping

  • Flat courier rate of R95 anywhere in South Africa.
  • Free delivery on orders over R600.
  • Orders are packed within one working day and delivered in 2–4 working days.
  • Bottles are glass. They travel wrapped and boxed, and we will replace anything that arrives broken.
  • We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

Returns

  • Damaged or incorrect items: mail us a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund in full.
  • Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days at your cost for a refund of the goods.
  • Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through PayFast.

Privacy

  • We collect only what is needed to fulfil an order: name, email, phone and delivery address.
  • Card details are entered on PayFast's secure payment page and are never seen or stored by this site.
  • Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
  • We do not sell or share your details with third parties beyond the courier and payment provider.
  • Mail us to have your details removed from our records at any time.

Terms

  • Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable.
  • Stock is limited and small-batch. An order is confirmed only once payment clears.
  • Our products contain chilli. Check the ingredient list if you have allergies, and keep them away from children and pets.
  • Shake well before use. Keep refrigerated after opening — there are no preservatives.
  • Consume at your own risk. That part is not a joke, it is on the label.
